2. Packaging: Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original packaging and unused/unworn, with all tags and labels still attached. Please note that swimwear with hygiene liners/tags removed will not be eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received are damaged or incorrect.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund to the account you purchased with. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
