Returns

At Besaint Bikini, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or would like to exchange an item, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. CONTACT US

To request a return or exchange, please email info@besaintbikini.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

Our team will email you the relevant return instructions and Return Slip for your location.

2. COMPLETE YOUR RETURN SLIP

Please print and complete the Return Slip provided in your return email, including:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you are returning

• Your reason for return

Please place the completed slip inside your return parcel. This helps our team identify and process your return as quickly as possible. Returns received without the necessary order information may experience delays.

3. PREPARE YOUR RETURN

All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels and hygiene liners still attached.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear with the hygiene liner or tags removed will not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Please ensure your completed Return Slip is included inside your parcel.

4. SEND YOUR RETURN

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Besaint Bikini cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit before reaching us.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.

Once your refund has been issued, please allow a further 4–6 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please let us know when contacting our customer service team.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@besaintbikini.com before returning your order.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and photographs where applicable, and our team will be happy to assist.
